I currently accept cash, e-transfer, credit card, and cheque as payment methods. All payment details and timelines will be clearly outlined ahead of time so everything feels straightforward and stress-free. If you have any questions about payment, feel free to reach out!
I kindly ask that cancellations be made at least one week before your scheduled session when possible. That being said I know plans change, unexpected situations come up, or you may decide to go in a different direction. I completely understand and will always do my best to accommodate last-minute cancellations, even as late as the morning of the session. Open communication is always appreciated, as my schedule can fill quickly and early notice allows me to offer that time to other clients. Deposits are non-refundable, but if you’ve paid in full, any amount beyond the deposit will be refunded.
Yes. A 50% deposit is required to secure your session date. This ensures your time is reserved and allows me to plan intentionally for your shoot. The remaining balance is due prior to or on the day of your session, and all details will be clearly outlined at the time of booking.
Not a problem at all, rescheduling is absolutely allowed. I just ask that you reach out as soon as you know you need to move your booking date so I can help secure a new spot for you and open up availability for others as well. The earlier I know, the smoother everything is for everyone involved.

From there, we’ll chat through your ideas, availability, and next steps to make sure everything feels like the right fit. Once the details are confirmed, I’ll guide you through the booking process and get your session secured.
If inclement weather affects our session, we’ll make a plan together. I always keep an eye on the forecast and will reach out if conditions don’t look ideal. Depending on the situation, we can reschedule, adjust the timing, or pivot to an alternative option so you still have a great experience and beautiful results!
